Increasingly now, people are starting to believe that they are descended from apes. And yet, there are some of us who still believe that God created us. We feel in our hearts that He spoke all of creation into being. He spent five days calling the things that be not as though they were. Let there be light, He said. Boom! There was light. We believe that when it was time to create us, He took a different tack. God put on His apron for me and you.
And then, He got on His knees to collect some dirt. To mold the dirt, He got His hands dirty. Like any good artist, He had an image in His mind as He formed me. Somehow, I prefer that picture to the one where man evolved from apes. Don’t you?
Imagine! We are speaking here of the creator of Heaven and of earth. And God put on his apron for me. The thought of it blows my mind. However, if you are one of the ape-descendants, you may be wondering why the fuss. And you would be right to wonder. Even for some believers, it helps to know that we are His handiwork. We must never forget that God put on His apron for me and you.
That God Put On His Apron For Me Saves Me From Victimization
Because, armed with that insight, you will not soon become a victim of anything or anyone. You know who you are. On the other hand, if you believe the ape evolution account, you become vulnerable to the gaslighters among us. They can readily convince you that you are something other than what you think you are.
If you used to be an ape and now you are a man, what will you be next? The answer is easy. You become whatever the next smooth-talker says you are. And if he is evil-intentioned, you could become a sexual victim. Or a terrorist or a sex slave. you could become a trafficked human or a suicide statistic.
The list is endless and scary, to say the least. Anyone can manipulate your mind whichever way they wish. Is it any wonder that gaslighting has become a word? The farther we move away from the idea of creation by God, the more subject we become to lies.
But knowing that God put His apron on for me makes me less susceptible to gaslighting. I am firm in my life-walk because I have value. I came to be here because the God of Heaven and of earth took the trouble. He got His hands dirty for me. Stupendous!
Caucasians Cannot Possibly Believe in Evolution, Can They?
If you have been with us for a while, you know we severely steer clear of all things political. This section is therefore not supposed to be political, not at all. But when descendants of a people group who caged a man with apes believe in evolution, is it not incredible?
That man had a name – Ota Benga – and yet, the whites put him in a cage with apes. Which means that their descendants who believe in evolution have images in their heads of a man in a cage. They are in constant trouble as the image follows them around, day after day.
Unless they can counter evolutionists, they will likely end the way Ota Benga did. This is not to suggest that that is the only reason suicide is on the rise. However, if one of them can confidently say, “God put on His apron for me,” his mind is safe.
Such a one, Caucasian or otherwise, is safe from gaslighting. And that is even before they become believers in Jesus Christ. Simply believing in God gives us the strength to say no to manipulators. We are persuaded that God put on His apron for me and you.
Arguments About How God Put On His Apron For Me
Nevertheless, not all will believe you, even when you show them evidence from the bible. And why should they? They don’t believe in the God of the Bible. Some twenty years ago, 3 in 4 Americans believed in the Bible as the word of God. But now, that proportion is down to 1 in 4, substantially decreasing your pool of listeners.
Even among those, there are those whose minds the god of this world has blinded. And you immediately see that you have your work cut out for you. That is if you want to attempt to persuade others about creation. If you want them to believe that God put on His apron for me and them.
No amount of logical reasoning can get through to them. Not to mention an illogical line of reasoning such as faith in God. Please don’t imagine that we mean that in any disrespectful way. Because it is the very illogicality of God that has the power to save us. Keep in mind, God’s foolishness is wiser than men.
Therefore, the Bible wisely advises against arguments. Unbelievers are never likely to accept and it will simply lead to acrimony. Leave well alone, particularly on this subject of ape-descent. Trust me, the laugh is on them.
If they want to be related to apes, they should have your full permission. Period. No further discussion. In any case, the bible says it is honorable to refrain from arguments. And we are people of honor. After all, we are not apes or its descendants. At creation, God put on His apron for me and you; he got His hands dirty to make us.
Don’t Be A Victim
Where should we go from here as believers? First, we ignore the hyper-liberals among us. Especially if you are a parent. You need to be strong on the inside before you can protect your children against predators. Before your children (or you) go to college, persuade yourself that God created you. And then, transmit that strength to the younger ones.
I know who created me. It is God. I did not descend from an ape. And because God put on His apron for me, no one can victimize me. Even if he is a college professor. He is not as big as God and what can be greater than that? Get that simple fact into your spirit and you will never become a victim of predators.
Evolutionists will do their best to persuade you otherwise. It is simply so they can shake your faith in who you really are. Don’t let them. Say to yourself, like a refrain “God put on His apron for me.”
Maranatha!
Wow ! This is mind blowing… “Simply believing in God gives us the strength to say no to manipulators.” Interesting…what an antidote to depopulate the bitter nests of 21st century manipulators and predators. Thanks for your poetic expression of a reality…
It is for a second time now that I’m reading this particular blog. There has to be something about this one that pulls a string on my mind because I’ve come to appreciate this reality that a sound mind is a healthy life. But what rings the bell to me in your post this time is the mention of Otta Benga. The gory tales of Otta Benga should be a platform, especially to the descendants of the perpetrators, who may claim to truly believe in the existence of one Creator; indeed an opportunity for men to make a proof of such claims. Claims without proof may as well be a dumb joke. As more and more humans choose to stand up for what they’ve proved to be the truth, the more darkness will continue to recede. Embracing truth is to the mind what first-aid is to the body; Standing up for the truth, is a total liberation of the mind.
